Chemical Safety & Chain-of-Custody Notice: Once a temperature-controlled chemical parcel leaves our climate-controlled synthesis facility, it cannot be restocked or returned for resale if the chain of custody has been broken. This ensures that no researcher ever receives a reagent that has been subject to unknown storage temperatures or environmental contamination.
1. Non-Returnable Research Reagents
In accordance with federal chemical distribution standards and laboratory quality assurance protocols, opened, reconstituted, or unsealed peptide vials are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. 100% Quality & Analytical Purity Guarantee
We stand behind the verified chromatographic purity and mass spectrometry identity of every lot released:
- If an independent, accredited third-party analytical laboratory determines that a sealed compound fails to meet the purity or identity specifications stated on its lot Certificate of Analysis, Club Pep will issue a 100% full refund or immediate replacement batch.
- Analytical claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery accompanied by the independent HPLC/MS test data and batch serial numbers.
3. Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your package arrives physically damaged or compromised in transit, please submit photographic evidence to support@clubpep.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery. We will expedite a priority replacement at no cost.
