\n This Research Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the acquisition, receipt, custody, handling, and laboratory utilization of all synthesized peptides, biochemical reagents, and analytical reference standards supplied by Club Pep Analytical Reagents LLC<\/strong>.\n<\/div>\n

\n RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) COVENANT:<\/strong> Materials supplied under this agreement are strictly classified as Research Use Only (RUO) chemicals. They have not been sterilized, compounded, or formulated for diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic administration to human subjects or veterinary models.\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Research Intent & Institutional Affirmation<\/h2>\n

By executing an order or taking receipt of materials from Club Pep, the receiving institution and principal investigator affirm that:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The materials will be used solely for legitimate, non-commercial in-vitro scientific research, biochemical assay development, receptor binding affinity characterization, chromatographic calibration, or molecular modeling.<\/li>\n
  • The ordering entity maintains a dedicated laboratory facility equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), fume hoods, chemical containment, and biohazardous waste disposal protocols.<\/li>\n
  • All laboratory personnel with access to these reagents possess adequate formal training in biochemistry, molecular biology, or organic chemistry principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Strict Covenants & Prohibitions<\/h2>\n

    The purchaser and receiving facility explicitly agree to the following non-negotiable covenants:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • No Human Administration:<\/strong> Under no circumstances shall materials be administered to human beings via subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, oral, nasal, or topical routes.<\/li>\n
    • No Compounding or Clinical Formulations:<\/strong> Club Pep compounds are not active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) intended for 503A or 503B pharmacy compounding. Any compounding or preparation for human application constitutes an unlawful material breach of this Agreement.<\/li>\n
    • No Animal Administration Without Regulatory Oversight:<\/strong> Reagents may not be administered to animals except within accredited academic research protocols under formal Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) approval and applicable federal oversight.<\/li>\n
    • No Unauthorized Redistribution:<\/strong> Materials may not be relabeled, diluted, or resold to third parties without prior express written authorization from Club Pep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Chain of Custody & Batch Lot Traceability<\/h2>\n

      Every vial supplied by Club Pep carries a unique batch serial number (e.g., CP250501) corresponding to analytical release data. The receiving investigator agrees to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Verify that the lot number printed on the vial label matches the physical Certificate of Analysis enclosed within the shipment.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain internal laboratory inventory logs documenting the receipt, storage conditions, and experimental consumption of each lot.<\/li>\n
      • Retain packaging documentation for traceability in the event of lot inquiries or technical audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Laboratory Storage & Handling Standards<\/h2>\n

        Lyophilised peptides require rigorous environmental control to prevent peptide bond hydrolysis, oxidation, and secondary structure denaturation:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Lyophilised Storage:<\/strong> Unopened vials must be stored in desiccated containers at 2\u20138 °C (short term) or -20 °C (long term).<\/li>\n
        • Reconstitution Protocol:<\/strong> Reconstitution should be conducted using sterile, analytical-grade solvents (e.g., bacteriostatic water, sterile 0.9% NaCl, or dilute acetic acid where required) under aseptic laminar flow conditions.<\/li>\n
        • Aliquoting & Freeze-Thaw Avoidance:<\/strong> Reconstituted solutions should be aliquoted into single-use cryogenic microcentrifuge tubes to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles that compromise peptide integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Material Transfer & Waste Neutralization<\/h2>\n

          Upon completion of experimental protocols, any remaining chemical residues, reconstitution vials, or contaminated laboratory consumables must be deactivated and disposed of in strict compliance with the receiving institution\u2019s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and municipal hazardous waste regulations.<\/p>\n

          6. Breach of Covenants & Immediate Termination<\/h2>\n

          Any violation of the covenants set forth in this Agreement shall result in immediate and permanent revocation of purchasing privileges, cancellation of pending shipments, forfeiture of warranties, and potential notification to relevant regulatory and institutional compliance bodies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
